Moe Smith
Lead Pastor
Pastor Moe was born in Bakersfield, CA and raised at Bakersfield’s Olive Knolls Church of the Nazarene. He is an ordained elder in the church of the Nazarene and has served in ministry for the past 14 years in various roles, from youth to young adults to now, lead pastor. He has pastored at both Olive Knolls Church, in Bakersfield, and SLO Naz, in San Luis Obispo. He is married to his beautiful wife, Tara and together, they have three children, Paisley, Brixton, and Hallie. Moe enjoys all things outdoors—surfing, hiking, camping, and climbing. A day exploring the beach with the family is his favorite kind of day.
His motto in life and ministry is “victoriously united.” He believes we’re truly at our best when we’re doing life together authentically for the sake of the kingdom.
Moe’s favorite passage of scripture is Hebrews 12: 1–3.

Hi! My name is Anna Banana! Like, really!!! I have been at Las Flores for 30ish years. I have raised my kids here and been in the lives of countless others. I have been married for 36 years and I have been in Oceanside for 34. I was a Military spouse for 20+ years. I know I am called to teach our kids about Jesus' love and teach them how to shine and be a light to others.
